The system can be used in four different basic applications.

  1. Frame systems mounted on floors or solid material, using steel, concrete, timber, or other materials for support frames
  2. Frame systems attached to walls of brick or other strong material
  3. Frame systems inside cupboards or enclosures of timber of other materials
  4. Floor to Ceiling supported systems.

 

Flexibility   All our cable wine racks are custom made, and the four systems have been designed to be totally flexible and customizable regarding size, such that any width, height and shape can be accommodated, even under staircases.

Bottles facing outwards, or sideways – bottles in either direction can be easily accommodated in any of the systems.  Utilising labels facing sideways is an effective way of showcasing wine, and even bottles at an angle can be easily incorporated.

Cable connectors for use with wine racks – our cable systems utilise a swaging system for connecting cables to steel, concrete, brick or timber. All these cable connectors are stainless steel with very low visual impact and give the impression of a minimalistic floating support for the wine bottles.

Swaging of cable end fittings – we use hydraulic swaging machines to attach the end fittings onto the cables.   This method of attachment ensures that the strength of the completed cable systems is not less than the tensile strengths of the cables.
